Diane is a co-founder of Health Synergies. She has a master’s degree and twenty years experience as a health care executive with specific expertise in operations, product planning and implementation, and joint venture development. She has worked within diverse business contexts: start-up, turnaround, re-engineering, business expansion and general management situations.
Diane has partnered with a broad scope of providers including acute care hospitals, specialty hospitals, physical rehabilitation and post-acute care organizations, physician practices and alternative medicine practitioners on regional, national and international levels. Additionally, Diane has created, implemented and managed the ongoing operations of specialty programs in the area of alternative medicine.
Diane’s strong interpersonal skills and managerial experience create the winning combination of an entrepreneur with the true understanding of execution. Before founding Health Synergies, Diane developed and served as President of a national health care consulting firm and served as Vice President of a national health care company in addition to holding several senior level positions within healthcare organizations.

Rory has a master’s degree with twenty years of experience as a health care executive and consultant with specific expertise in integrative medicine and managed care strategic planning, operations and network development. Her interests include organizational design, staff training and development and community and public health service delivery.
She is the creator of an integrative medicine service model, which delivers coordinated health care services to consumers through the collaborative efforts of health systems, physicians and holistic health care providers.
Rory is an energetic creative person always providing insights and practical solutions to complex problems. Before joining Health Synergies, Rory developed and served as president of a regional health care consulting firm, served as an executive director of a regional HMO and held senior level positions within a national managed care organization.
